Pool and outside

The
sitting room opens onto a large shaded loggia, where is a dining table,
comfortable swingseats and hammocks. This is the perfect spot for al fresco
summer dining. The loggia faces west and gives a beautiful view of the
sunset over nearby San Ginesio. There is a formal lawn, surrounded by
beautiful planting and play area for children with a trampoline. A curved
gravel path leads down to a 12m x 5m pool, surrounded by a large terrace.
The outside space has been cleverly fenced so that smaller children can
be kept in the grounds of the house and away from the pool.
