We spent two weeks at Casa Columba last summer with friends (four children between us) and had the happiest of holidays. Everything about the house was perfect - a great pool, a beautiful dining terrace, a great kitchen for preparing food and even a toy room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size and pretty much equal so no need for any arguments if you are sharing over which one to choose. The local village is friendly and has everything you need in the way of cafes, restaurants, supermarket and butchers. Beaches are an hour away and we had a choice between safe, sandy shallow beaches and more dramatic pebbly ones. The holiday really had everything. It seems a cliche to say it was a slice of the real Italy but it was nice to feel that you were not surrounded by lots of other tourists but there was plenty to do. Beautiful scenery and very peaceful. With mountains, beaches, good food and a beautifully designed house - what more could you possibly want? We had the best holiday.

The ten of us had a fantastic time at Casa Colomba - a beautiful and comfortable property with unspoilt views in all directions from the house and pool. It is very well situated, being secluded but close to several restaurants and village shops. The house itself is equipped and maintained to a very high standard. In addition, the excellent bathroom facilities are arranged so that three families can share easily. For younger children, there is a lovely playroom, a good local babysitter, and the pool is safely located away from the main house and terrace and fenced. We would all certainly come back!
